"In the final days of Marion’s life, Nana provided Marion with great care and offered every comfort in loving and dignified manner. Nana was also very kind and friendly with my sister Carroll and I as we spent more and more time with Marion near the end. It meant a great deal to us that she was so calm and in control and focused on Marion’s needs. She was able to handle little emergencies, like the O2 machine failing, mostly on her own with only phone calls to alert us to the situations. We never doubted that Marion was never in good hands. I would like to also thank Companions & Home Helpers for always providing coverage when needed for personal time off, and each temporary person who filled in was always pleasant and helpful. "
