Help with eating and serving fluids to maintain proper hydration and nourishment.
Clean living spaces by vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, and cleaning floors.
Make bed, wash clothes, do laundry, and change bed sheets regularly.

A personal care provider may assist with or perform the following duties:

Assist clients with the self-administration of medication and prescribed therapeutic exercises.
Detailed record-keeping of vitals, fluid intake, and output as directed by an RN, LPN, or physician.
Observe changes in physical health, behavior, or appetite and report to the Office Director at CHH.
Drive and accompany clients safely to doctor appointments and medical visits.
Provide meaningful social interaction, emotional support, and homemaker duties.
Use safety devices and standard precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
Handle grocery shopping, prescription pickups, and essential tasks.

To maintain compliance with non-medical care regulations, a homemaker caregiver may not perform the following tasks:
