Make Home Management Easy with a Homemaker

We provide professional home management assistance tailored to your daily needs.

Primary Duties

Meal preparation and custom meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking.
Reliable transportation to appointments, errands, and shopping.
Companionship and emotional support, such as engaging in conversation.
Light housekeeping, including routine cleaning, tidying, and laundry services.
Change bed linens regularly and make the client’s bed.
Ensure the home is safe, comfortable, and accessible for the client.

Scope of Duties

Professional Homemaker Responsibilities

A companion homemaker may assist with or perform the following duties:

Keep the client’s living areas clean by dusting and vacuuming.
Wash dishes, sanitize. countertops, and maintain a clean kitchen.
Do laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
Mend and iron the client’s clothing as needed.
Handle grocery shopping, pick up prescriptions, and manage errands.
Observe and communicate health changes to the care manager.
Help clients manage mail, write letters, and respond to emails.
Budget tracking, balancing checkbooks, making deposits, and paying bills.

Exclusions

Exclusions from Our Homemaker Services

To maintain compliance with non-medical care regulations, a homemaker caregiver may not perform the following tasks:

Assist the client with bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
Assist with toileting, transfers, or elimination that require personal care.
Assist with walking or physical exercises directed by a physician.
Administer the client’s medications directly or track vitals.
Help the client with long and short-term financial planning.
Perform heavy tasks indoors or outdoors, such as moving furniture.
